Engine replacement tips
1. Main halyard swing new Yanmar 3YM30 onboard
2. Two men on shoulder harness to carry downstairs
3. Three men to lower her down onto bed
4. Use a come-along to hoist and lower into the correct position to align drive splines
Note: helpful to remove accessories to reduce weight
