Engine removal tips

1. Use the main halyard to swing the new Yanmar 3YM30 onboard
   
2. Two men on shoulder harness to carry downstairs
   
3. Three men to lower down onto bed
   
4. Use a come-along to hoist and lower into the correct position to align drive splines
   

Notes

• It is helpful to remove accessories to reduce weight
