Overnight I realized I missed the wires for the doors unlatched switches, oops. Along with pulling a new Com1 antenna wire I finished off running the wires. I came into the hanger this morning to find brake fluid under the fuselage. No bueno. Seems the tunnel brake fittings were not tightened, ugh. Shame on me for not double checking. My penance, 90 minutes of cleaning. Fluid leaked between ribs and skin, spar and skin, into every crack and crevice. Fuck me. Oh the day didn’t stop there.…

Yep, there are some nutplates that I forgot I needed to add to the wings. So much of the day was spend drilling, dimpling, and riveting nutplates. Of course I learned why the plans have you install the fuel tank screen AFTER the nutplates are installed. Not huge but definitely added time on to this item. Also got the remainder…
