Today started with bolting in the magnetometer which would have been easier had I had non-magnetic hardware when I riveted the bracket to the frame. Oh well. Finished up cutting the holes for the defrost fans (2 of 2) which went quick and then it was on to the day’s major effort – cutting/sanding carbon fiber. I ran out of time in Minnesota to get all the wiring of the panel finished. Today I knocked off the avionics wiring and ELT. There were of course the occasional brain slip that required rework but I still walked away feeling good about the progress.
