The day began with bolting on the electrical firewall hardware and then the panel fun. First supports for the Aerosport frame, then cable trays for the wiring, and lastly supports for the radio stack. Boiled down to that it doesn’t seem like a lot but the hours add up fast.
Yes, the baggage door made progress too. The hinge took quite a bit of time to determine the correct height and precisely drill the holes (I am going with the recessed hinge design a number of other RV-10 builds have installed). Then debur/dimple/countersink/prime. Got the hinge riveted but then it was time to clean up and call it a day.
