Before the rally my step-father asked if I could make the Stanley cup finals if he bought tickets. Um, hell yeah! It did however present a significant change of plans. Instead of a relaxing final month it would be a sprint to the finish and a rush to shutdown Strikhedonia for the hurricane season in San Carlos where she would rest until the fall.
Jason (Volare) cooked up an awesome enchilada dinner for Jody/Randy (Free Luff) and me. It was a great evening before we went our separate ways for the summer

The first morning I took an epic hike, almost crossing the first peak before sunrise
I climbed the backside of the hill and then bushwacked (in flip flops) down the front side
