Can you say Deja vu? We pretty much did a repeat of yesterday. This time installing the Triton on the starboard helm station. With our experience from yesterday we shaved 90 minutes off the project, and while unseen, made the cutout opening very nice. Around two we pumped up the wing and headed off to go foiling. I had a couple good sessions and managed some quality time while up on the foil. It feels like things are coming together more, we will see how long it takes more me to make runs across the entire bay without going down…
Back aboard after a rinse off it was pizza making time. This morning I made dough and now was assembly time. It came together well and look quite presentable. Due to the late start and long baking time we ended up having late dinner for us (almost 6pm). But it was worth the wait. And I even had a beer to go with it. All in all a pretty fantastic day.
